Servicing all of the House and Robins Kitchen retail stores has been a challenge given the rapid growth we have experienced. In 2011 there were 40 stores and this number has dramatically grown today to over 160 stores, nationally.
November 2012 saw the launch of House On Line. A detailed process review was undertaken, followed by a customised design and implementation. A seamless interface between Global Retail Brands ERP, the House website and 101 WMS
was built. 4 years later the online store has become a major success and continues to evolve.
Further in 2014 saw Global Retail Brands acquire Robins Kitchen, a household name in NSW and QLD. A second online store was also designed. A seamless warehousing and distribution model covering both the retail and online sectors of the Global Retail Brands businesses is the key to our success.
