OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM

Adrian Kagan

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Adrian brings with him 15 years experience in management of finance and administration departments in the logistics industry. A qualified CPA, Adrian has spent much of the past few years establishing service level agreements with clients and managing the commercial areas of contracts.

Bradley Kagan

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Bradley has enjoyed 18 years in the industry. Starting in an operational capacity and later moving into IT Business Analytical roles and IT project management. Bradley’s most recent achievements have been the sourcing, implementation and management of both warehouse and transport management software systems.

Paul Dutton

Logistics/Project Manager
Paul has been involved in supply chain for over 20 years. From procurement to product distribution Paul has set up multiple distribution centres over the years in particular within the toy and book publishing sectors.

Steve Martin

Solutions Architect / Implementation Manager
Steve has been involved in providing warehouse solutions to businesses for over 35 years and has extensive experience in warehouse set up, design and implementation. Of recent years Steve has been instrumental in the optimisation of multiple order processing, subsequent pick techniques and accompanying dispatch models.  Steve brings a real passion to 101 and we are excited to have him on board!

Wayne Howell

DC Manager
Starting off as a casual unloading containers over 15 years ago, Wayne has moved through all roles within a warehouse operation. He is now in charge of our largest distribution centre managing the entire operation, whilst maintaining a strong relationship with the client.

Ashlee Ellis

Customer Service
From a retail management background, Ashlee has been integral in setting the high standards for our level of customer service. A key aspect of the role is the co-ordination of customer requirement to warehouse activity.
